How it works

  1. Open AI Package Builder and choose the destination.
  2. Paste the customer's message into Customer query.
  3. Press Build package and check the flight, hotels, transport, visa and total.
  4. Press Send on WhatsApp, or Print / Save as PDF.

What you get

  • Understands how customers write

    Urdu, Roman Urdu or English, with dates, number of people, nights, budget and city written any way. You don't need to re-type anything into a form.

  • Only your own rates

    It chooses from the hotels, flights, transport, tours and visa costs you have added. The AI never makes up a price; every amount is calculated from your rates.

  • Your markup and riyal rate, every time

    Your profit on each service and your riyal rate are applied to every package, so every staff member quotes the same price.

  • Send it in your name

    Send the package on WhatsApp in one tap, or print it and save it as a PDF quote with your logo and contact details.

  • No flight fare yet? Still quoted

    Without a saved fare for the route it builds the land package and marks the flight as not included. Type the airline and return fare to add it, and save it to your flight rates for next time. Or untick Include flight for a land package.

  • Tells you what's missing

    If a hotel, transport or visa rate is missing, it lists what to add and links to the right page. Nothing is used up from your monthly AI allowance.

Questions

Does the AI make up prices?

No. It only picks from the rates you have saved, and the totals are calculated in code from those rates and your markups.

What counts as one AI package?

One package built successfully, including a land package. Asking for the same package again soon after, adding a flight fare to a quote, or a try that stops because a hotel, transport or visa rate is missing does not use one up.

How many AI packages do I get?

Starter includes 100 a month, Pro 1,000 and Business 5,000. The free trial includes 10. Your Overview shows how many are left.

Can my staff use it?

Yes, if you give them access to the AI package builder in Team. They all share your agency's monthly allowance.
