What we store

About your agency: business name, logo, colours, contact details, plan and invoices.

About your team: names, emails, roles, what each person can open, sign-in times and the changes they make (the activity log and change history).

What you add: customers and enquiries, bookings, payments, hotel and other rates, suppliers and expenses.

When you apply: the details on the form, plus the internet address and a random browser code, used only to spot repeat free-trial applications.

How we use it

To run your panel, send the emails you or the system trigger (such as status emails to your customers, invoices and renewal reminders), give you support, and keep accounts secure.

We do not sell your data, and we do not contact your customers or use them for our own marketing.

Who can see it

Inside your agency, only people with a login, and only the parts the owner allows them to open. Other agencies can never see your rates, customers or money.

Services that help us run the panel

Hosting and database providers store and serve the panel. An email provider delivers emails.

AI: when you build a package, the customer message you paste is sent to our AI provider to understand the request. Assistant replies send the text you write, after hiding personal details it can recognise, such as names, phone numbers, emails, CNIC and bank account numbers.

Payments are made by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa directly to us. The panel does not store card details.

Your customers' details

You decide which customer details to add, and you should only add details you are allowed to keep. Other agencies can never see them.

How long we keep it

Your data is kept while your account is active and while it is paused, unless it is removed under the Terms for agencies. You can export your enquiries as a CSV file at any time.
