What Taqaddus for Agencies is

Taqaddus for Agencies is booking software for travel agencies: a panel for quotes, enquiries, documents, payments and staff. We provide the software. Your agency sells and delivers the travel services to your own customers.

Your agency is responsible for its prices, bookings, visas, supplier arrangements, refunds to your customers, and any licences or registrations your business needs.

Your account

Agencies apply on our website and we check the details before opening an account. The owner gets the first login and can add staff logins up to the number in their plan.

Keep passwords private and give each person their own login. The owner decides what each staff member can open and is responsible for what their staff do in the panel.

Free trial

The free trial lasts 14 days and needs no payment. It includes the Pro plan's features (the AI Assistant only where the plan includes it) for the owner plus 1 staff login, and 10 AI packages. After the trial, the features are those of the plan you choose.

There is one free trial per agency. We may decline a trial for an agency that has already had one under another name, email or number.

When the trial ends, the panel pauses until a plan is paid.

Plans and payment

Plans are paid monthly or yearly in Pakistani rupees, at the prices shown on our pricing page or agreed with you in writing. We send an invoice and you pay by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa.

Each plan includes the features shown for it on our pricing page. Some features are on Pro and Business only.

Founding offer: the first 20 agencies pay the founding price shown on our pricing page while their plan stays active.

Add-ons (such as extra staff logins, AI top-ups, the AI Assistant and setup) are charged at the prices shown for your plan and appear on your invoice.

Your plan is paid until a date shown in Billing. If it is not renewed by then, the panel pauses until payment is received.

Prices may change. The price that applies is the one on your invoice.

AI packages and the Assistant

Each plan includes a number of AI packages a month (and Assistant replies on plans or add-ons that include it). Allowances reset each month and unused ones do not carry over. You can buy an AI top-up for a busy month.

Packages are built only from the rates you enter. Check every package before you send it to a customer: you are responsible for the prices and details you confirm.

Fair use

Do not share logins between people, try to access another agency's data, copy or scrape the panel, or use it for anything unlawful. Only add customer details you are allowed to keep.

We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other agencies at risk.

Stopping and refunds

You can stop at any time by not renewing. Your panel pauses at the end of the period you have paid for.

Payments are for the period shown on the invoice. If you believe you were charged by mistake, message us.

The service

The panel is provided as it is and as available. It may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance or for reasons outside our control. Keep your own records of important bookings and payments.

If a panel stays paused for a long time, its data may be removed.

Responsibility

Your agency is responsible for the quotes, prices, bookings and documents it sends to its customers, and for checking every package before sending it.

Taqaddus is not responsible for losses arising from prices or details an agency confirms to its customers, from changes made by suppliers, airlines or hotels, or from interruptions to the service. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to an agency is limited to the fees that agency has paid us.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

We may update these terms. The date of the latest version is shown at the top of this page.
