How the calculator prices a package
It adds the six cost lines of an Umrah package (flight, visa, Makkah hotel, Madinah hotel, transport and ziyarat), converts riyal amounts at your rate, then adds your markup and any fixed service fee. The selling price is rounded up to the next Rs 1,000.

How is the hotel cost per person worked out?
Hotels charge per room per night. The calculator works out how many rooms you need for your room sharing, multiplies by the nightly rate and nights, and divides by the people travelling. If the last room is not full, its cost is still shared, so you never under-price.
Which riyal rate should I use?
The rate you will actually pay your supplier, plus a small cushion if you collect the balance weeks before paying the hotel. Use one rate for your whole office.
Is anything I type saved or sent anywhere?
No. The calculator runs in your browser. Nothing is saved or sent.
Does the WhatsApp quote show my costs?
No. The copied text shows the package, the price per person and the total only.
