Add flights, transport, tours and visa costs

Besides hotels, a package needs a flight, transport and the visa cost, plus ziyarat tours if you sell them. All of these are tabs in Inventory Setup.

1. 1

   Flights

   Open the Flights tab and add each route you sell, for example KHI to JED, with the airline and the return fare per person. Leave the travel dates empty for an all-year fare, or add the same airline again with dates (for example Ramadan) at its season fare. The package uses the fare for the travel date.

   Transport

   Open the Transport tab and add your transport, for example airport to Makkah, Makkah to Madinah and back, with its price.

   Visa

   Open the Visa tab and add your visa cost for each destination, for example an Umrah visa that includes insurance.

   Tours

   Open the Tours tab to add ziyarat tours. They can be added to a package when they fit what the customer asked for.
