Build a priced package from a WhatsApp message
The builder reads the customer's message the way they wrote it, in Urdu, Roman Urdu or English, and builds one package from your saved rates with your profit added.
Choose the destination
Pick Umrah, Hajj, Iraq Ziyarat, Iran Ziyarat, Turkey or Jordan.
Paste the customer's message
Paste it into Customer query as it is, for example: '2 log, 10 din ka Umrah December mein, Karachi se, budget 5 lakh'. Dates, people, nights, city and budget are picked up automatically.
Press Build package
You get the flight (if you have a fare for it), hotels with nights, transport, tour if any, visa and the total in rupees.
Send it
Press Send on WhatsApp to send it from your WhatsApp, or Print / Save as PDF for a package quote with your logo. Press Rebuild to try again.
No flight fare yet?
The package is still built without the flight and says Flight not included. Type the airline and return fare under the package to add it (this doesn't use another package), and tick Save to my flight rates so it's filled in next time. Untick Include flight before building for a land package.
If a hotel, transport or visa rate is missing
You see a list of what to add with links to Hotel Rates and Inventory Setup. That try does not use up a package.
