How it works
- Set your logo, colour and design once in Company Profile.
- Open a booking in Enquiries.
- Under Documents & Payments, open Invoice, Ticket or Hotel voucher.
- Record each payment and open its Receipt.

Your name and logo on every page
Your logo, WhatsApp number and email, set once in Company Profile. On every plan.
Brand colours and three designs (Pro and Business)
Your brand colour, and Classic (navy and gold), Modern (your brand colour) or Simple (black and white, cheapest to print).
Balance due, always clear
The invoice shows the total, what has been received and what is still due.
Print or PDF
Print them, or save as PDF and send them on WhatsApp.
Your customers never see our name
Documents, emails and WhatsApp messages carry your agency's details only.
Questions
Can I change the design later?
Yes, on Pro and Business. Pick Classic, Modern or Simple in Company Profile and every document uses it from then on.
Do hotel vouchers show my prices?
No. Vouchers show what the hotel reception needs: guests, dates, rooms and confirmation details.
