Set up your agency in about 30 minutes

The package builder only quotes from your own rates, so a little setup comes first. Your Overview shows a checklist called 'Finish setting up to start quoting' that ticks itself off as you go.

   Company Profile

   Add your business name, logo, WhatsApp number, email and brand colour, and pick a document design. These appear on every invoice and voucher.

   Settings

   Set your riyal rate and your profit on each service (transport, ziyarat, hotels, flights and visa).

   Hotel Rates

   Add your Makkah and Madinah hotels (or the cities you sell) with room prices for upcoming dates.

   Inventory Setup

   Add flight rates for the routes you sell, transport, visa cost and any ziyarat tours.

   Build your first package

   Open AI Package Builder, paste a real customer message and press Build package.

6. 6

   Invite your staff (optional)

   Open Team and add your staff, choosing what each person can open.
