Get notifications on your phone

Notifications tell you about your own agency only. Each person turns them on for their own phone, and staff only get the ones their access allows.

   Install the panel first

   On your phone, install the panel from Chrome (menu → Install app) or Safari (Share → Add to Home Screen) and open it from your home screen. Then a notification opens the panel, not a browser tab.

   Turn them on

   Open Notifications, press Turn on notifications and allow them when your phone asks. Press Send test notification to check.

   On every plan

   Your trial or plan ending (3 days and 1 day before), AI packages 80% used and all used, and your payment confirmed after you tap I've paid. These go to the owner.

   On Pro and Business

   A team member adds an enquiry or confirms a booking (owner), a customer payment is recorded, a customer travelling in the next 3 days still owes money, and a supplier bill is due in the next 2 days.

   Choose what you get

   Untick any notification you don't want under What to notify me about. Each person's choices are their own.

   Shared computer

   When you press Log out, that computer stops getting your notifications.
