Collect payments due and see your real profit

Payments Due lists every customer who still owes money on a booking, soonest travel date first. Expenses and Revenue show where the money goes and what is left.

   Check Payments Due

   At the top you see the total still to collect, how many customers owe, and how much is due from people travelling within 14 days.

   Send a reminder

   Press Reminder to open WhatsApp with a polite message in your agency's name, including the amount and booking.

   Record the payment

   When they pay, press Record payment on the same row. The customer leaves the list once the balance is paid.

   Add supplier bills and office expenses (Pro and Business)

   In Expenses, use Supplier bills for what you owe hotels, airlines and transport, and Office expenses for rent, salaries and ads.

   Read your profit (Pro and Business)

   Expenses → Profit summary shows money in, paid to suppliers, office expenses and what is left over. Revenue shows bookings and profit by month and destination.
